REUSABLE BAGS GH COLLABORATES WITH NALIKE AFRICA FOR A TRAINING CONFERENCE

On Friday, 17^th March, 2023, Reusable Bags GH collaborated with Nalike Africa to train staff on the importance of teamwork and personal development. Nalike Africa is an organization that is focused on training individuals and other organizations to develop leadership skills and improve their quality of work.

The training was attended by all staff of Reusable Bags GH at their premises located at 18 Circinus St. Accra.

The Lead from Nalike Africa, Mr.Ernest Tsifodze began the session with some reflective questions to set the pace for the training. The staff of Reusable Bags GH had a lot to learn including five attributes to develop in their personal lives, as well as the 6 Ps i.e. Purpose, Passion, Planning, Persistence, People and Patience as well as the 4 Cs Collaborators, Competitors, Creators and controllers of successful and sustainable living.

One important aspect of every organization is growth, and the team was privileged to be taken through the stages of growth and how to maintain growth through learning, leading, investing and impacting.

The three-hour training session was truly impactful and there is no doubt that its impact will be felt within the organization in the shortest possible time.
