LAYING THE FOUNDATION OF A GREEN FUTURE FOR THE NEXT GENERATION

Children are the future of the world, and we believe that the right time to inculcate the passion of building a green and sustainable environment is now and through the young generation.

As part of this vision, Reusable Bags GH sponsored Treasure Maks, a creative service institution in training 55 ambitious and eager children from the Global Wellness Mission. The collaboration between Treasure Maks and Global Wellness Mission was aimed at exposing children to the opportunities available in the creative industry. The training also served as an opportunity to explore how the creative space can contribute to a cleaner environment by adopting practices such as repurposing and upcycling. 

Bismark Osiakwa, the Project Lead at Reusable Bags GH expressed his excitement in sponsoring the project and was full of praise for such an initiative targeting children. He stated that children need to be taught at a young age how to care for themselves and the environment because as the next generation of leaders, they will need to take a critical stance against plastic pollution by passing crucial bills that will significantly reduce the production and importation of single-use plastics.

The future generation were glad with the opportunity received to print on tote bags from Reusable Bags GH as they were educated on the dangers of single-use plastics and how reusable bags are perfect alternatives to these pollution-causing plastic bags.
